The advertising and creative agency ESE Agency is looking for a Senior Social Creative Concepter who doesn't just follow social media trends, but actively shapes them. You think "social by design," turning briefs into creative concepts and developing ideas that don't just stand out, but actually deliver results. From catchy hooks and scalable content formats to compelling scripts and cross-channel campaign ideas—you know how to turn a message into relevant content with real impact. We are looking for a Senior Social Creative Concepter for client projects who brings experience in this field, works independently, and is ready to collaborate with major brands and clients.

Your field of work

Developing & presenting concepts
You develop creative, high-impact social media concepts for Instagram & TikTok and present them with confidence.
Be at the forefront of the biggest campaigns
From day one, you will be involved in the conceptualization and execution of major social media campaigns for well-known Swiss brands, leaving your own personal mark on them.
Independent content creation
From the initial idea and script to the final post, Reel, or TikTok, you bring your vision to the screen.
On-camera experience (Optional / Preferred)
If you're up for it, you can step in front of the camera yourself and bring video ideas to life from start to finish.
Teamwork & Sparring
You will work hand-in-hand with our project managers and video creators. You will provide creative direction, coordinate workflows, and ensure that our output stays ahead of the curve.

Professional experience in social media creation and production

Experience using social media tools

Portfolio with references to past projects (best cases)

Affinity for social media and the digital zeitgeist in the Swiss market

Independent, structured, and responsible approach to work

Ambition, passion, and a drive for self-realization

Strong organizational skills

Excellent communication skills in German and Swiss German (written and spoken)

Confidence in dealing with high-profile individuals and major brands

Confident presentation and hosting skills
