ESE Agency, an advertising and creative agency, is seeking its next Social Media Expert – someone who doesn't just know the latest trends, but actively shapes them. You're not just an administrator; you're a creative force who brings content strategies to life, builds communities, and precisely creates, plans, launches, and optimizes Paid Social campaigns. We are looking for a Social Media Project Manager for client projects who brings experience in this field, is able and willing to work independently, and collaborates with major brands and clients.

Your field of work

Project Management & Coordination
You are the central point of contact. You independently lead and plan social media client projects and ensure that deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Content Creation & Production
You guide content projects through their entire development process, from initial brainstorming and scriptwriting to actively supporting on-location shoots.
Moderating the video team
You will be supervised by our video content creator team. Allocate, instruct, coordinate and provide inputs that determine the outcome of the project.
Community Management
You are the voice of our brands. You interact with communities on Instagram & TikTok, foster dialogue, and build a genuine connection with followers.
Ad Handling & Performance
You're proficient with ad managers and know how to meticulously set up, manage, and optimize Paid Social campaigns. You independently implement ads, analyze performance, and strategically allocate budgets to maximize reach, relevance, and impact.
Customer Service & Business Management
Your effective communication makes you an expert and the primary point of contact for your clients. You report on successes and derive actionable recommendations. You are responsible for the success, budget, and timing of your projects.
