Are we on the same page?
Restaurants, leisure, healthcare, finance, retail, food production, and so on: The companies of the Migros Group operate across a wide range of industries. The job roles offered by Switzerland’s largest private employer are just as diverse. What do they all have in common? All employees are dedicated to their work and do it with passion. Or, to put it simply: “For a Switzerland worth living in for everyone”.
Written down by hand.
What moments will the employees remember? We asked them to share a brief reflection on the campaign’s central element – the Polaroid – in a short quote. The result is a collection of statements that can now be seen throughout Switzerland.
This is how the Migros-Group connects the country
At the heart of the campaign is an innovative and dynamic film that uses fast-paced aerial shots to show how deeply rooted the Migros Group is throughout Switzerland. The footage brings together the various locations and professional fields into a cohesive whole. No matter which company you’re from – Migros, Denner, Migros Industrie, movemi, Galaxus, or Migros Bank.
The sweet spot between internal and external communication
The Migros Group’s promotional materials are as diverse as the Group itself. With a strong focus on digitally engaging new talent, the campaign can be seen on performance channels – throughout the entire candidate journey. From landing pages and social media to screens at the point of sale, the employees featured proudly showcase their pride in being part of the Migros Group. Internally, adaptations can be seen on posters and MS Teams backgrounds.

Another commitment in the budget
The campaign marks a highlight in the now two-year partnership between the Migros-Group and our agency. As the lead employer branding agency, we provide strategic and creative guidance to this iconic company – just as we have in other projects, whether for its centennial anniversary, campaigns to recruit apprentices, or internal communications.
